Earth & Eden Books ("we," "us," "our") operates earthandedenbooks.com and the Instagram account @ellanixon. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose.

Who we are

Earth & Eden Books is an independent Christian children's book publisher. You can reach us any time at hello@earthandedenbooks.com.

What we collect and why

  • When you place an order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment confirmation — so we can process and deliver your order. Payments are handled securely by our payment processor; we don't store your full card details.
  • When you join our email list or request the free prayer guide: your email address, so we can send the resource and occasional letters from us.
  • When you use our Instagram comment feature: if you comment a keyword on one of our posts, Meta gives us your Instagram username, ID, and comment so we can send you one private reply with the link you asked for. We don't build advertising profiles from it or store it long-term.
  • When you browse: our store uses standard cookies and analytics to keep the site working and understand what's helpful.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share only what's needed with the trusted services that run our business:

  • Shopify — our store and checkout platform.
  • Our payment processor — to take payment securely.
  • Printful (our print partner) — to print and ship physical orders.
  • MailerLite — to store our email list and send emails.
  • Meta / Instagram — to deliver the comment feature described above.

Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

  • Email: unsubscribe any time using the link in any email, or email us to be removed.
  • Instagram: delete your comment, or block/restrict our account, to stop replies.
  • Access or deletion: email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We'll respond promptly.

Children's privacy

Our books are for children, but our website and online services are intended for adults — parents, grandparents, and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
